Class information for 2026-27:
All classes are on Fridays
Age cut-off is September 1, 2026
For ages 7+, there is a $95 registration fee per student. (This fee helps to cover facility rental, insurance for the building, and administration fees); This is in addition to the class cost, but you only pay it once per student. If you register and pay the registration fee before July 1, the early bird registration fee is $50.
The older classes’ tuition prices are per year and are based on $10/hour; payment schedules can be arranged, and need-based scholarships are available.
Class sizes are small, and students get individualized attention.
3-4 Year Olds $220
11:00 - 11:45 am OR 11:45 am - 12:30 pm
You can choose your time on the registration page. Classes will be limited to 12 students.
5-6 Year Olds $220
11:00 - 11:45 am OR 11:45 am - 12:30 pm
You can choose your time on the registration page. Classes will be limited to 15 students.
7-8 Year Olds $220 This class includes singing, recorder *New this year - ukulele!*, and a variety of musical games to learn everything from composers to theory! This age can also sign up for strings. If they sign up for the 7-8 general class, they can also sign up for strings for free.
7-8 Beginner Strings Class 12:00 - 12:30
7-8 General Music Class 12:45 - 2:00 pm
Praise Team (Ages 13 and up) $165 Vocal or instrument proficiency is required.
10:00 - 10:45 am
Choir (Ages 9-12; unchanged voices) $330
10:45 am - 12:15 pm
(In the spring, there is a possibility that class might meet from 10:00 - 11:30.)
Ladies Choir (Ages 13-19) $385

Beginner Strings (violin, cello) (Ages 7-8) $110

Intermediate/Adv Strings $220 (Previous experience required/audition only) (This class combines the two groups; Adv also has an extra 30 minutes of class)

Advanced Strings $330 (Previous experience required/audition only. This price also includes the Int/Adv class from 1:30 - 2:30.)
2:30 - 3:00
Beginner Guitar (Ages 9-19) $150
12:30 - 1:30
Intermediate Guitar $150 (1 year of previous experience is required.)
1:30 - 2:30
Private Lessons (These lessons are independently offered by the teacher outside of the Sounds of Praise Program. Payments and schedules are arranged between the teacher and student and are not affiliated with Sounds of Praise.)
